Zachary Crowe, Naval Support Activity (NSA) Annapolis security division officer acts as an active shooter at the Naval Academy Nimitz Hall during Exercise Solid Curtain/Citadel Shield 2015 (SC/CS). SC/CS is an annual exercise that assesses the readiness of Navy security personnel to respond to threats located on naval installations and individual units.
