The derelict, and previously sunk, vessel Cap'N Oscar sits at the dock after being refloated by Port of Astoria personnel in Astoria, Ore., Feb. 11, 2015. The Coast Guard worked with Port of Astoria crew members to ensure a safe recovery of the vessel without further incident.
