Chief Warrant Officer 3 Kevin A. Quigley, the Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) Assessment and Consequence Management (ACM) team officer in charge for the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, teaches members of the National Counter Terrorism Special Forces (NCTSF) of Cambodia as part of a weeklong course teaching the Cambodian service members ACM to further improve their capability to deal with CBRN and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) threats in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Feb. 09. Now in the last month of a seven-month WESTPAC deployment, the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit has provided a flexible, sea-based, crisis response force to the commanders of U.S. Central Command, 5th Fleet, and 7th Fleet.
