Landing support specialists with Combat Logistics Battalion 24, 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, wait on the flight line at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, in preparation for helicopter support team operations, Feb. 13, 2015. The CLB Marines attached a packaged helicopter rotor head, a high-priority part, to a CH-53E Super Stallion, from Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 365 (Reinforced), 24th MEU, for transit from Djibouti to the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7). The 24th MEU is embarked on the ships of the Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Group and deployed to maintain regional security in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
