The 1st Cavalry Division Tactical Command Post is a hub of activity as more than 100 1st Cav. Div. Soldiers battle-track ongoing operations Feb. 10 at the National Training Center at Fort Irwin, California. The 1st Cav. Div. DTAC is on the first of three rotations to NTC over the next nine months in which Soldiers are training to be the Division’s mission-command node, able to rapidly deploy to austere environments across the globe.
