Lt. Col. Michael Braun, commanding officer of the 1-25 Stryker Brigade Combat Team, out of Fort Wainwright, Alaska, presented company coins to Marines from 1st Transportation Support Battalion, Camp Pendleton, Calif., and Combat Logistics Battalion 5, Camp Pendleton, Calif., as well as to soldiers from Movement Control Company 171, out of Fort Irwin, Calif., for outstanding service during railway operations aboard the Yermo Annex of Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Calif., Feb. 12. Braun commended the Marines and soldiers for their efficient teamwork in safely loading equipment for their return to Alaska.
