The “Chargers” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 14 and the “Raptors” of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 71 conduct a Helicopter Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure (HVBSS) training exercise with a Range Support Craft (RSC) 1 in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of San Diego, Feb. 18, 2015. The exercise was part of the Helicopter Advanced Readiness Program (HARP) in preparation for squadrons' upcoming deployment with Carrier Air Wing Nine (CVW-9) in support of the USS John C.
