Barbara Sisson, assistant chief of the Army Reserve, presents Anglea Brown, mother of Andrew T. Brown, his Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification during a Remembrance Service held in his honor at the U.S. Army Forces Command and U.S. Army Reserve Command headquarters Feb. 19, 2015, at Fort Bragg, N.C. Brown, 28, previously worked at FORSCOM and was working at USARC at the time of his death.
