Members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9194 march in the Washington's Birthday Parade through downtown Laredo, Texas, Feb. 21. The parade followed the International Bridge Ceremony on the Lincoln-Juarez Bridge spanning the United States and Mexico. The ceremony commemorates the bonds between the United States and Mexico and features a series of abrazos, or embraces, between representatives of the two countries in the center of the bridge.
