Viches, from Tampa Bay, Fla., was honored by the USO for his exemplary work on the job, as well as his volunteer efforts in the community. Viches received seven letters of appreciation, one meritorious mast, two certificates of commendation, and logged more than 290 community service hours in the past year. Wissler, from Brooklyn Park, Minn., is the commanding general of III Marine Expeditionary Force. Pecina, from Lubbock, Texas, is the commanding officer of Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Installations Pacific-Marine Corps Base Camp Butler, Japan and the camp commander of Camp Foster.
