150223-N-XO016-041 - PACIFIC OCEAN (Feb. 23, 2015) Sailors and Military Sealift Command civilian mariners assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) receive training on wearing an immersion suit during an abandon ship drill to improve readiness in case of an actual emergency. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility and is currently on a scheduled underway period.
