Iraqi Police Patrol Director Maj. Gen. Ali and Col. Byron Freeman, commander of the 8th Military Police "Watchdog" Brigade, Multi-National Division-Baghdad, and who hails from Norfolk, Va., attended the Iraqi Police River Patrol Graduation ceremonies on the banks of the Tigris River, June 7. The two commanders reviewed the River Patrol boats manuever along the river, as well as rescue and recovery procedures.
