Ricky Williamson, commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic, speaks during the Hampton Roads Navy and Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) annual fund drive kick-off event. The organization is comprised of nearly 90 percent volunteers who provide counseling services as well as financial and educational assistance for Sailors, Marines and their families.
