    NEW ORLEANS – RADM Kevin Cook, Commander of the Eighth U.S. Coast Guard District, presents a certificate of appreciation to Clarence A. Becknell, Sr., Historian Emeritus of the Zulu Social Aid and Pleasure Club, Inc., at the Eighth Coast Guard District Black History Month Celebration on Wednesday, February 25, 2015. Coast Guard active duty, reserve, and civilian workforce participated in the educational presentation and celebration, which was held at the Hale Boggs Federal Building in New Orleans and coordinated by the Eighth U.S. Coast Guard District Leadership Diversity Advisory Committee and regional Civil Rights Directorate team.
