ABC affiliate WSOC-TV Channel 64 producer Josh King interviews Col. Samuel Licorish, U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) organizational inspection program chief, at the 2015 CIAA basketball tournament on Feb. 25, 2015. Licorish, an officer with the Army Reserve, volunteered to speak to young attendees at the event as a part of his own personal "give back" program. Licorish says the ROTC program he attended in college was a life-changing experience for him and hopes to pass that experience on to others attending the event.
