U.S. Army Sgt. Carlos Rodriquez, from Bayamon, Puerto Rico, enters a storage container with Pfc. Catlin Barber, from Wilmington, N.C., and Spc. Brittany Cosom, from Philadelphia, Pa., at Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar, June 11. The three service members entered a morning scorched by a hot Arabian sun to account for equipment stored in outdoor containers. Air temperatures were already exceeding 115 degrees Fahrenheit at 11:00 a.m. "NCOs must demonstrate courage to accomplish every task without hesitation – no matter what," said Rodriquez.
