Rodgers addresses the local media upon returning home from a seven-month deployment with the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group (ARG). Makin Island is the flagship of the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group and, with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, returned to home port following a seven-month deployment to the Western Pacific and U.S. Central Command areas of operation.
