Red snapper seized by Coast Guard small boat crews during a lancha interdiction in South Texas waters Feb. 26, 2015. The Coast Guard estimates over 1,100 annual incursions into U.S. waters by the lanchas, poaching upwards of 760,000 pounds of red snapper each year.
