U.S. Marine Sgt. Maj Brad A. Kasal, 4th Marine Division (4th MAR DIV), Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES), passes the Non Commissioned Officer’s (NCO) Sword to U.S. Marine Maj. Gen. Paul Brier, Commanding General of 4th MAR DIV, MARFORRES, during the Relief and Appointment Ceremony held at Marine Corps Support Facility, New Orleans, La., Feb. 26, 2015. U.S. Marine Sgt. Maj. Brad A. Kasal was relieved of his duties by U.S. Marine Sgt. Maj. Dan Fliegel as the new Sgt. Maj. of 4th Marine Division.
