U.S. Navy Capt. Mark Sparling, from Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa plants a memorial mango tree during the Ziwani Primary School renovation dedication. The renovation project was funded by Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa and included the rehabilitation of eight classrooms for the 500-pupil secondary school.
