Period re-enactor Heather Hufton, from the Virginia Regency Society, pours tea with the assistance of some volunteers, children of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) officers stationed in Norfolk, during the Hampton Roads Naval Museum's tea party event, titled “Make Tea not War: A Tea Commemorating the Treaty of Ghent.” The Treaty of Ghent, signed in Belgium, and ratified by the U.S. Senate Feb. 18, 1815, formally concluded the War of 1812.
