(Feb. 25, 2015) – Logistics Specialist 1st Class Vincent Miller briefs attendees of the U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command and U.S. 4th Fleet Black History Month Luncheon on the story of Master Chief Petty Officer Carl Brashear, a celebrated African-American Sailor whose personal initiative and accomplishments are unparalleled.
