Bani Kore, a Konarou local, dumps a wheelbarrow full of rocks into a cement mixer. Kore is one of about 30 locals assisting Marines and Sailors build a school in the town of Konarou as part of Exercise SHARED ACCORD 2009. The exercise is a bilateral field training exercise aimed at conducting small unit infantry and staff training with the Beninese military. Humanitarian and civil assistance projects run concurrent with the exercise. The exercise is scheduled to end June 25.
