Marines and Sailors with India Company, Battalion Landing Team, 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, follow a mountain ridge to the next training evolution after completing land navigation training at the Melissatika training area near Volos, Greece, June 9. The Marines and Sailors used the unfamiliar terrain of the Greek mountains to sharpen their land navigation skills. Elements of the MEU went ashore in Greece for a 12-day training evolution. The 22nd MEU is embarked aboard the ships of the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group and is currently serving as the theater reserve force for U.S. European Command.
