Abdoullauder Issa remove a fire-fighting ensemble during damage control familiarization in the mess deck of the guided-missile destroyer USS Arleigh Burke (DDG-51). Arleigh Burke is deployed as part of Africa Partnership Station, an international initiative developed by Naval Forces Europe and Naval Forces Africa to work with U.S. and international partners to improve maritime safety and security on the African continent.
