Louisiana Army National Guardsman Lt. Col. Marc Kelly of Deville, La., aims at his target before firing in the Patton Match during the annual The Adjutant General Marksmanship Matches at Camp Beauregard in Pineville, La., the weekend of May 30. Kelly, the battalion commander of the 199th Brigade Support Battalion in Alexandria, La., was named to the Governor's Twenty in his first year of competition.
