150305-N-OR477-051 NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (March 5, 2015) Equipment Operator Constructionman Mackenzie Oflaherty assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 places a pallet of supplies, with the assistants of the 130th Air wing out of West Virginia, onto a C-130 scheduled to depart for Chad, Africa. NMCB 11 is currently deployed to 14 different detachment sites throughout European Command, African command, Pacific Command and Central Command; promoting security and stability by conducting general engineering, disaster relief, construction readiness operations and Human civic action support.
