A special purpose craft boat crew returns to the Coast Guard Cutter Bertholf's stern launch after certifying the small boat for non-compliant vessel pursuits, June 12. During the certification, the Special Purpose Craft pursued the Bertholf's over-the-horizon cutter boat, which acted as an non-compliant vessel.
