Sgt. Maj. of the Army Daniel A. Dailey answers questions from Soldiers and Family Members at Fort Bragg, N.C., during his first visit to the post as SMA. Soldiers’ concerns gravitated towards issues affecting the future of the force, pay and benefits, training and other practical issues impacted by financial decisions in Washington. Dailey was honest in each answer, there are tough choices ahead about the financial sustainability of the Army, but no choice will be made by the senior Army leaders that will impede the ability of the individual Soldier to complete their mission.
