Spc. Shane D. Owen, a medic with the 7235th Medical Support Unit of Orlando, Fla., assists Garcia while in full protective gear. Exercise Red Dragon is a two-week operation by Army Reserve units to practice assisting civilian authorities in case of a biological, chemical, radiological or nuclear incident.
