BUSAN, Republic of Korea (March 12, 2015 ) Capt. Mark Benjamin, center-right, commanding officer of the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), speaks with a group of Republic of Korea (ROK) sailors during a welcoming ceremony hosted by members of the ROK navy, March 12. Members of the ROK navy welcomed Frank Cable with music performed by their navy's band ensemble and waved flags of both nations. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility and is currently on a scheduled underway period.
