A Marine with 2nd Intelligence Battalion, II Marine Expeditionary Force, pushes the Omni Emission-254 up into the air while other Marines pull on the four cables as a part of the setup of the Intelligence Operation Center aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., March 11, 2015. This system allows 2nd Intel to send and receive via radio as a part of their support to other units. During this training, the Marines will redefine and develop the standard operating procedure as to how the IOC should be run. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Justin T. Updegraff)
