Spc. Kirian Muran-de Asserto, a native of Brooklyn, N.Y., who works as a human resources specialist for the 553rd Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 10th Sustainment Brigade, was given the honor to narrate the 553rd CSSB transfer of authority and end of deployment ceremony. Asserto said, "I am truly honored to have been asked to narrate this ceremony. It gives me great pride that out of a whole battalion, the command chose me for the job."
