YOKOSUKA, Japan (March 14, 2015) - Seaman Jamal Najjar, attached to the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), heaves in a mooring line in preparation to depart Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka. Blue Ridge resumed patrols to engage with regional partners throughout the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations following a six-month ships restricted availability period.
