Newton with the 314th Chemical Company out of Decatur, Ga., use high pressured water hoses to practice the chemical decontamination of a train during Exercise Red Dragon at Fort McCoy, Wis. Exercise Red Dragon is a two-week operation by Army Reserve units to practice assisting civilian authorities in case of a biological, chemical, radiological or nuclear incident.
