Capt. Michelle Tsai, the behavioral health officer for the 4th Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division, and Spc. Axeo Rowe, a mental health specialist, form the core of the Raider Brigade's behavioral health clinic that will be embedded with the unit for its upcoming deployment to Iraq. Tsai, an Alexandria, Va., native, and Rowe, a Le Roy, Minn., native, have been spending their time at JRTC mingling with Raider Soldiers and raising awareness for the clinic.
