High school band students from 10 different schools in the Oregon Music Education Association’s District 13 stand to be recognized with applause during the 2015 High School Honor Band concert at Clackamas High School in Clackamas, Ore., Feb. 15, 2015. The event was organized and sponsored by the Oregon Army National Guard’s 234th Army Band to teach and inspire local band students during a weekend of musical instruction that culminated with a concert performance conducted by Dr. Erica Neidlinger, associate professor and conductor at DePaul University.
