150318-N-BS486-710 NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (March 18, 2015) – USS Ross (DDG 71) is guided by tug boats into the Bay of Cadiz to begin its patrol in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations March 18, 2015. Ross, the second of four Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyers, is on a routine patrol conducting naval operations with allies and partners in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in order to advance security and stability in Europe.
