Leaders of seven former chemical companies present their new company guide-ons — bearing the colors and insignia of the civil affairs branch — at a re-flagging ceremony June 19 at Fort Dix, N.J. Due to civil affairs units' success in bringing stability to Iraqi regions, the chemical companies were chosen to join the civil affairs mission and build on previous successes.
