BUSAN, Republic of Korea (March 16, 2015) - Capt. Mark Benjamin, left, commanding officer of the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), Delivers a few words about the sacrifices made by United Nations Command service members during the Korean War at a memorial ceremony dedicated to those who lost their lives in the Korean War at the United Nations Memorial Cemetery Korea in Busan, Republic of Korea, March 16. The memorial cemetery contains 2,300 graves of the United Nations Command service members who died in the Korean War. Frank Cable is in Busan for a port visit that has included various community service events and military to military engagements designed to strengthen partnership with the Republic of Korea navy. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility and is currently on a scheduled underway period.
