Petty Officer 2nd Class John Denz, operations specialist, from Buffalo, N.Y., and Petty Officer 1st Class Jonathan Shores, gunner's mate, from Ashland, Ohio, both search and rescue swimmers assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin, secure an MK-46 recoverable exercise torpedo to a rigid hull inflatable boat. The torpedo was dropped into the Pacific Ocean by an SH-60B Sea Hawk helicopter from the Warlords of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light 51 during an anti-submarine warfare training exercise. Mustin is one of seven Arleigh Burke-class destroyers assigned to Destroyer Squadron 15 and operates from Yokosuka, Japan.
