Joey Tynch, commanding officer of the forward deployed amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6), addresses the supply department after they were named the Navy's Captain Edward F. Ney Memorial Award winners in the large afloat category. Bonhomme Richard is the lead ship of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and, along with the embarked 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), is currently conducting a Certification Exercise (CERTEX).
