Corporal Joshua Aaron Saffady, a corrections specialist in Chesapeake, Virginia, helps sort through foods that need to be packaged at the Greater Boston Food Bank in South Boston, March 17. The McDonough, Georgia, native, along with other Marines from Marine Forces Command and II Marine Expeditionary Force, volunteered to help sort and package food at the GBFB. The Marines are part of a Special Marine Air-Ground Task Force aboard the USS Arlington (LPD-24) amphibious transport dock ship that traveled for ten days, with four days ported in Boston. The Marines engaged in the St. Patrick's Day Parade and community relation events.
