Pilot Maj. Wyck Furcron, with the 121st Fighter Squadron, sprints to the F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft, quickly donning his flight equipment in response to a real-world red alarm scramble March 14. The 113th Wing’s Aerospace Control Alert Detachment reached a milestone of responding to 5,000 alert events on March 21, 2015.
