Chief petty officers assigned to the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group attend a memorial service honoring the life of fallen Command Master Chief Jeffrey J. Garber aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower. The Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations as part of a regularly scheduled in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom as well as maritime security operations.
