Pfc. Daniel L. Conley, 1st Squadron, 38th Cavalry Regiment, 525th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade (Airborne), stands outside the Fort Bragg Fisher House, N.C., June 4. The Fisher House Foundation has a unique program that helps provide temporary housing for Soldiers and their families near all major military medical centers free of charge, according to the Fisher House website, www.fisherhouse.org. Conley, and his family, took advantage of the accommodations after he suffered a foot injury, making it hard to walk up to his third-floor barracks room.
