150325-N-GR120-142 PORTSMOUTH, ENGLAND (March 25, 2015) – An officer from the Royal Navy assigned to HMS Diamond (D 34) gives a tour to Sailors attached to the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) before a soccer match between the two ships March 25, 2015. Theodore Roosevelt visited Portsmouth, England, on the first stop of their world tour deployment. Theodore Roosevelt deployed from Norfolk and will execute a homeport shift to San Diego at the conclusion of deployment. Theodore Roosevelt is conducting naval operations in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe.
