60th Aerial Port Squadron 60K loader operators test their vehicles' performance before picking up a load of pallets that are destined for the cargo hold of C-5M Super Galaxy at Travis AFB, California, April 2, 2015. The 60K loader can extend its payload height to 18.5 feet high.
Following their ops check, 33 pallets were loaded aboard the plane belonging to the 22nd Airlift Squadron that is preparing to make history with a record-setting flight early April 3, with the intent to claim 45 aeronautical records in one flight, positioning the U.S. military's largest airframe as the world's top aviation record holder with a total of 86 world records.
