150407-N-OT964-177 GREAT LAKES (April 7, 2015) Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Mike Stevens hands recruits the first issuance of mobile devices during the launch of eSailor at Recruit Training Command. eSailor is an initiative aimed at providing all Sailors with wireless, mobile technology to conduct training, communicate and eventually access medical records and take advancement exams.
