Petty Officer 1st Class Sylvia Goggin, a store keeper, and her children Anabelle and Seth, eagerly await the arrival of their husband and father, Petty Officer 2nd Class Andrew Goggin, a food service specialist, as the Coast Guard Cutter Boutwell returns to its homeport here, Wednesay, after a six-month deployment. During the patrol the crew conducted joint operations with the USS Boxer Expeditionary Strike Group, which participated in anti-piracy operations and training of foreign navies.
